Although I appreciate the more contemporary fine art photography, I am drawn to what fine art exists naturally in the world. The images here are the result of exploration and waiting, waiting for excellent light. Light is, in the end, what transforms a barcelona restaurant scene into a mesmersizing symphony of colors and what softens the textures on Tibetan Prayers Stones at 17,000 feet.

Like many of you, I have an insatiable desire to travel and explore new places and concepts, and I invite you to return to this website as often as it gives you some pleasure about the world and some yearning to go somewhere new. I sincerely hope to see you in the west’s many canyons or perhaps even in the far corners of the world.
